Here's a quick guide to the application process

Applications for positions at Russell McVeagh can be made through the CV Mail Portal.

Simply go to www.cvmail.co.nz to apply.

We interview students from Auckland, Waikato and Victoria Universities in our Auckland and Wellington offices. Otago and Canterbury interviews are held in Dunedin and Christchuch.

We try to make the interview process as comfortable as possible for you, so you'll meet the panel beforehand, as well as our clerks from the summer just ended, at a pre-interview function.

The panel will include one or two Partners plus either the National HR Coach, Jan Blair, Lesley Elvidge, HR Manager (AKLD) or Odette Wilson, HR Manager (WGTN).

The interview itself is both structured and behavioural and lasts about 40 minutes. Each candidate is asked a similar set of questions.

This is very much a two-way process, as getting the right fit between you and us is all important.
